It’s appreciation week here at North Wales Wild Bird Care – and we would like to start off with an enormous THANK YOU to Richard & Jill, Emily and the rest of the team at R D Owen Equine Clinic for their help and support over the past 12 months. Although gulls are not their ‘usual’ patients, the kindness, empathy and professional care that they have shown to the birds in our care has been outstanding. 

They have helped us with foot amputations, x-rays, medication and PTS where it was the kindest option. It can be a struggle to find veterinary treatment (other than PTS) for injured gulls and they have literally saved lives.
